Ted Hall
Ted began his career in the sprinkler shop. He fabricated sprinkler pipe according to blueprints to ensure the material would fit correctly at the time of installation. He then became the shop foreman. Ted became NICET certified, obtaining NICET levels l I, II, and III. He is licensed in 5 states. Ted manages the design team and is responsible for making sure the team provides quality design for installation and that designs meet all code requirements and are passed through the State Fire Marshal's office. Ted is at the forefront for sales and estimates. He has a passion for designing sprinkler systems and being fair to customers. Ted also oversees all company operations.
Julio Perez
Julio began his career as a pipefitter apprentice, then as a foreman until he became a field superintendent. He quickly moved into managing operations. He is responsible for safety, meeting project deadlines, quoting work, job site compliance, attending all job site meetings, developing relationships with contractors and other trades, coordinating between design, shop, field, and office, and much more. Julio puts forward his best effort each and every day to ensure Safeway is operating at maximum efficiency. He personable, reliable, and passionate about fire protection. Employee retention is the of the upmost importance. He strives to have the best pipefitters on his team to help ensure quality is never sacrificed.
